All author of accepted abstracts are obliged to submit a paper of maximum 6 pages before January 15th 2016.
The ISEA2016 Word or LaTeX template must be followed. Please closely follow these instruction in order to speed up the review process. For more information or instructions please check the FAQs.

All submitted papers will undergo a thorough peer review and will be selected upon recommendation. The review is based on scientific quality, significance, novelty and relevance to the conference topics. Following the review process you will receive a notification on March 15th, 2016. In case your paper is accepted, you will be invited to present your submitted paper at ISEA2016 conference orally or by poster.
Papers that need additional revisions have to be submitted again before April 1st 2016. The notification of the revised papers will be sent on May 1st, 2016.

There is no limitation in the number of papers submitted per author; however, a maximum of two platform presentations (oral and poster) by the same author will be accepted.
A special recommendation for authors presenting company work: please keep in mind that ISEA2016 is a scientific/technical conference therefore advertisement must be avoided in the papers and during presentations. Ample space is reserved to company booths and presentations of commercial material can be given at the booths.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
You are encouraged to submit a 1-page abstract before October 1st, 2015 on any of the following topics:
- Aero- and hydrodynamics (including fluid mechanics)
- Biomechanics, materials and human material interaction (including sports equipment mechanics, sport products innovation)
- Measurement, feedback and simulation
- Motivation and persuasion to compete in sports, play and exercise
- Sports infrastructure and facilities (including sports surfaces)
Abstract submission
Abstracts should briefly outline the main research question(s), research method, results and conclusions as well as their general significance. References might be added. Upon review of the abstracts, notification of acceptance will be made by December 1st, 2015 (complete papers due January 15th , 2016).
