RENT-a-BIKE:
Getting around at Delft University campus and Delft city by bicycle during the conference is highly recommended. Also commuting from Delft railroad station (when you stay in The Hague or Rotterdam) over safe bicycle tracks is very convenient. On the online registration form you can reserve a bike for all conference days for € 27,50.
You can pick up and return the bicycle on the following days at the conference venue:
 
Pick-up:
Monday 11th July between 13.30-15.30 PM
Tuesday 12th July between  8.00 – 9.00 AM
 
Return:
Thursday 14th July between 17.00 - 18.00 PM
Friday 15th July between 10.00 – 11.00 AM
 
Additional costs:
In case of the following events, you will be charged with additional costs:
Lost key €10,-
Stolen bicycle € 400,-
 
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellations made before May 12th, 2016 will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between May 12th and June 12th, 2016 will receive a full refund, decreased of € 120,- administration fee.
No refunds will be granted after June 12th, 2016. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
